welcome, Iā€™m Sarah McNamara.

I look at the first seven years of a child's life as sacred and as parents, we must treat it as such.  When our babies are born, it is undeniable that a spiritual being has come to earth.  We are here to love and encourage that child to unfold throughout his or her journey with us.  Parents are the filter for their babies and children! Let us sing more and talk less, maintain a quiet and peaceful daily life, and give the gift of time and patience to our children.

The foundation of my work with parents brings together my Waldorf Early Childhood training with RIE practices, Simplicity Parenting guidance, and INNATE Postpartum Care training.  I live in Dripping Springs, Texas with my husband and our three children.

My focus is to nurture the way you live with your children by offering you tools in establishing rhythm to cultivate discipline, space for your child to emotionally release, creating an environment for creative play, and staying calm when your limits are being pushed.

There's no need to navigate the intricate realm of parenting without guidance!

a bit about me

Having all three of my children at home was a transformative experience that unveiled new aspects of myself I had not previously recognized. Each birth was a profound journey, shaped by the invaluable knowledge I gained and the support from midwives who guided me through the process. This experience has inspired me to extend my support to other new mothers.

I envision a holistic approach that encompasses nourishing foods, emotional support, and birth integration work. I want to create a space where new mothers feel empowered in their journeys, from understanding the importance of proper nutrition during recovery to processing the emotional shifts that accompany motherhood.

In addition to this foundational support, I aim to provide practical guidance on all things baby-related. This includes breastfeeding techniques, establishing healthy sleep routines, and helping mothers learn how to hold their babies comfortably while allowing them the freedom to move. By sharing the insights and practices I have gathered, I hope to foster a nurturing community where mothers can thrive alongside their little ones.

It is our children who lead us to being better humans, but only if we take the opportunity to see ourselves reflected in what they show us about ourselves. I am a highly sensitive person and so are my children. I believe that many of us are born as highly sensitive because that is human nature. It is only in these times that our world is teaching us to be desensitized by constant overstimulation to the nervous system. There is hope!

We can bring a slow, consistent and beautiful world to our children and I can show you how to live together by honoring your family.
